Roles and permissions
Grant only the access the job needs.
How it works
Owner controls the subscription and ownership. Admin handles operations and team management. Content editor prepares page and post drafts. Deals manager handles sponsorships, commercial information, proof and media kits. Report viewer reads performance. Assistant starts with content preparation.
Edit, publish, approve, read private messages, reply, view earnings, export and manage teammates are separate grants. Customize access adds or removes permissions from a role. Viewing a deal includes its value; private inbox access includes message contents.
Permissions are checked on server requests and database access. Hiding a button is not the security boundary. Suspension and removal prevent future requests; they do not recall exports or information already viewed.
Set it up
- 1
Review current access
Open the Permissions tab to see your current grants.
- 2
Change a teammate’s access
Owners and authorized admins open People → Edit access, select a role or adjust permissions, and save. Only the owner can grant or change admin/team-management access.
- 3
Suspend, remove or leave
Suspending frees a seat and retains the membership for later restoration. Removing deletes the membership, not workspace work. A non-owner can leave from Team access.
