How it works
Creator Pro includes 3 total seats and Creator Studio includes 10, counting the owner. Free, Essentials (Starter) and Link-only plans include one seat. Active teammates and pending invitations use seats; suspended people do not.
The workspace subscription and usage allowances apply to invited members. A teammate can have a Free personal account, and joining does not start a subscription or a signup promotion for them. Each creator workspace has its own seat allocation.

Invite a teammate
Enter their email and choose a role. Review Customize access before sending, especially deals, earnings, private messages, publishing and team management.

Share the invitation
If email delivery is configured the link is emailed. You can also copy the one-time invitation link. It expires in seven days; only the invited email can accept.

Accept with the invited address
The recipient signs in or creates an account from the invitation page. New teammates confirm their email if required, then return to accept. They do not need to build a page or connect Instagram.
Tips to get the most out of it
- Cancel a pending invitation to revoke its link and release its seat. To replace an expired or lost invitation, cancel it if still pending and send a fresh invitation.
- Use the workspace switcher to move between creators. Switching reloads the dashboard, so save current work first.
